Our packages start at just £267 + VAT which includes a 2 section aluminium loft ladder with safety handrail, 50sq ft of T&G loft boarding, all fitted by our time served tradesmen so you can be assured that, whatever your requirements, we deliver the quality, Integrity and value you would expect when someone works in your home. £297+vat if you wish to add a loft light to this deal.

Deal 2

Includes a 2 section aluminium loft ladder with safety handrail, a loft light with switch and up to 100sq ft of T&G loft boarding. This limited offer is perfect for the customer who requires very simply access and storage in the loft. £399 + VAT / £20+vat extra for the three section ladder on this deal.

Deal 3

Our top selling Eco 3 section timber loft ladder, which includes a hinge down insulated trap door, in an existing opening with a 10 year ladder guarantee, loft light with switch and up to 100sq ft of T&G loft boarding. This limited offer would grant safe and convenient access and storage in the loft. Only £590 + VAT add the finishing kit to this deal for an extra £30+vat 
The finishing kit is designed to finish off the installation of the wooden loft ladder and to cover any gaps in the ceiling which remain after the fitting process has been completed.

*These prices are all based on T&G loft boarding fitted to existing floor joists, strengthening and raising existing joists to avoid insulation compression will incur a further charge.
