"The service I received before and after the work was carried out, was very friendly and efficient at the same time as being very professional both via email (initial enquiry/appointment booking/payment of invoices) and face to face (measurement/quotation visit).  

The two gentlemen who carried out the work on site were very friendly and courteous, and appeared to show a good level of respect for my property and belongings.  They were prompt to arrive and seemed to work very hard to get the job finished.

 I now have much easier access to my loft together with much more storage capacity and the price I paid appears to have been fair and reasonable for what I have gained"
